DemandRoot is a product operated by TelosLens LLC (“we”, “us”). DemandRoot publishes fixed digital research products for business and professional use.

Information we collect

• Email updates: your email address and preferences when you ask to hear about new or refreshed category research. MailerLite hosts these forms and manages our email list.
• Category requests: the category you ask us to publish next, your email address, and optional context you provide. Tally hosts the request form. We use requests to prioritize future standard editions and to contact you if that category is published.
• Purchases and support: details associated with a report purchase or support request. Checkout opens in an embedded Payhip window on this site; payment details are submitted to Payhip, not to DemandRoot. Payhip handles checkout and payment.
• Website usage: Google Analytics may collect page views, device and browser information, approximate location, and general referral information using cookies or similar identifiers.

How we use information

• Send requested research publication updates.
• Prioritize which standard categories we publish next.
• Deliver or support digital-product purchases.
• Understand aggregate site usage and improve DemandRoot.
• Meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.

Service providers

We use MailerLite for email, Payhip for checkout and payment, Tally for category requests, and Google Analytics for website measurement. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Email choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the message. Necessary transactional purchase or support messages may still be sent.

Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and applicable legal or business-record obligations.

Children

DemandRoot is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children.
