The basis on which this website and DemandRoot digital research products are provided.
DemandRoot is a product operated by TelosLens LLC. These terms govern your use of this website and any DemandRoot Opportunity Report, CSV, sample profile, or other digital product you obtain from us.
What DemandRoot provides
DemandRoot turns search-demand evidence into category research for ecommerce sellers. A report may include Demand evidence, Detected Name Mix, Momentum, representative search phrases, search-volume history, Demand Shape, CPC context, and methodology boundaries.
Evidence boundary
Search-volume estimates measure expressed search interest. DemandRoot does not claim, measure, or guarantee marketplace unit sales, revenue, profit, conversion, market share, market size, low competition, supplier availability, ranking, or product success. Reports are research inputs for your own decisions, not financial, legal, investment, or business advice.
Public samples
Category product pages may show one real Opportunity Profile so you can evaluate the research format before purchase. A sample is not the complete category analysis and may change when a category edition is refreshed.
Published reports
Each Opportunity Report is a fixed, self-serve digital product for its stated category, geography, and evidence period. It is a one-time purchase rather than a subscription. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a purchase does not include future editions, custom analysis, calls, implementation, or ongoing updates.
Purchases and delivery
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. Checkout opens in a Payhip window on this site. Payhip processes checkout and payment; applicable tax is shown before purchase. Delivery may include a report and related working CSV sent to, or made available to, the purchaser after successful payment.
Refunds
Because paid reports are digital research products, sales are generally final once the files have been delivered or downloaded. If a product is not as described, fails to download, or you were charged in error, email hello [at] demandroot [dot] com and we will review the issue.
License and permitted use
Reports, CSVs, sample research, and site content are owned or licensed by TelosLens LLC. A paid report is provided under a single-business license for use inside the purchaser's own business. You may use the research to support product, sourcing, category, content, merchandising, positioning, and planning decisions. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, white-label, publicly post, scrape, or present the report, CSV, or a substantial portion of either as your own product without written permission.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you interpret and use DemandRoot evidence. Product and inventory decisions should also consider supplier economics, margin, quality, logistics, compliance, customer data, testing, inventory exposure, differentiation, and other relevant information.
No warranty
The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that information is complete, error-free, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TelosLens LLC and DemandRoot are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the site or products, including lost profits, lost sales, or business decisions made using them. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

We may update these terms as DemandRoot, its products, or its service providers change. The updated date above shows the latest revision.
